*average house $325

     Multi-unit inspections starting at $400 for a two-flat

  Condo inspections starting at $245 for the unit only;
     *$300 to include the roof and accessible common areas.

*An average house has one or two finished floors, 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, one central heating system.
* We highly recommend a full condo property inspection, as serious problems are often found on the roof or in common areas.
